Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup feta
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Add to an oiled baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes until the cheese has a light browning.
  • Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before digging in!
